What does it cost to scent your premises?
We charge per scent zone, not per device. A zone is one connected space where the scent is felt evenly: a salon, an office floor, a showroom, a waiting room or a corridor. How many diffusers go into it is what we work out at the survey.
The monthly price covers everything: equipment, installation and setup, fragrance oil, scheduled maintenance and replacement when needed. No upfront investment and nothing extra to pay for refills.

When one site has several zones, we prepare a single joint quotation. The free on-site scent test takes up to 72 hours and commits you to nothing.
Prices include VAT. The exact amount depends on the ceiling, the volume, the schedule and the intensity.
What this looks like for different businesses
- A small single-room business: hair salon, consulting room, pharmacy, boutique. One zone, usually up to 50 m². From 24.00 € a month.
- A reception plus a working area: clinic, dental practice, beauty studio, law office. Usually one zone, since the spaces connect, or two if there is a separate entrance. From 24.00 to 48.00 € a month.
- An office or business building: we scent the entrance lobby and the common areas and, if you wish, each floor on its own. Floors count as separate zones according to their floor area. Priced by quote.
- A showroom, furniture centre or large shop: one zone or several, depending on floor area and layout. In open spaces with columns and partitions we often place several smaller diffusers within a single zone, and the price stays the same. Priced by quote.
- Restaurants, bars and cafés: the dining room is one zone and the washrooms are added as a separate small zone. The scent is chosen so it never competes with the food. Priced by quote.
- Spa, gym, yoga studio: reception, studios and changing rooms are zoned separately, each with its own intensity. Priced by quote.
- A hotel or large complex: usually the lobby, the restaurant, the spa and one small zone on every floor, all under a single scent profile. Priced by quote.
- A chain of locations: every location gets the same scent profile and one monthly price for sites of the same size, so the brand smells the same wherever it is. Priced by quote.
A guest passes through several spaces before reaching their room, and each of them leaves an impression. That is why, for larger properties, we build a single scent profile in which every zone has its own part to play.
The lobby and reception carry the brand's main scent: the first impression and the last. We place the same scent by the lifts on every floor, so the guest follows it all the way to their room.
The spa, the pool and the relaxation areas have a scent of their own, as part of the service itself.
The restaurant and bars get delicate compositions that complement the food rather than compete with it.
A property like this typically falls within 150–250 € a month for all zones, including equipment, fragrances and servicing.
The equipment, the installation and setup, the fragrance oil, scheduled maintenance and replacement. No upfront investment and nothing extra to pay for refills. An irregular zone, or one with partitions, gets several smaller diffusers at the price of the zone.
After the free survey · about 30 minutes, and you get a price by zone. Two rooms with the same floor area can hold very different volumes of air: a hall with a 5-metre ceiling holds almost twice the air of an office with a 2.60-metre one.
We prepare one quote for the whole site, with a single scent profile. Each zone is charged according to its floor area, and with 3 or more zones in total, across one site or several, you get 10% off. Above 10 zones or sites, the discount is agreed in the quote.
